Public Narrative, a community media resource nonprofit based in Chicago, is the publisher of the Chicago Independent Media Directory and the founder and manager of the Chicago Media Guide, formerly known as “Get On Air, Online and Into Print,” a first-of-its-kind local media and communications resource created in 1995.
